I must admit, this caught me a little bit by surprise. I remember reading something a few months ago about eBay changing their feedback policy and i must admit, I forgot all about it with all the digital download changes.

I won’t lie. My feedback has gone down a little bit since ebay is now calculating neutral feedback towards overall feedback.

What can you do? Jump up and down, stamp your feet, fire off loads of different posts on various forums. To be honest, there’s nothing you can do. You’re probably best off getting on with your business and trying to give fantastic customer service. This is ultimately what eBay is after “giving great customer service”.

I also noticed that quite a few people with powerseller status basically lost this overnight. Ouch!

I mostly sell digital items burnt to disk and ALWAYS get my items out the same day, always nicely packaged, and I even have a support link on the disk if my client has any problems. If you’re not already doing so, try and treat your clients like royalty and over deliver where possible. You’ll get rewarded for it!
