I use wordpress for 99% of the sites I build. i used to use xsitepro which was great for building adsense sites. However, I changed my business model a few years ago and I now spend most of my time producing my own products.
I use three hosting providers for my sites. Initially I used Hostgator and 1 and 1. However, I’m slowly building new niche sites and hosting them with Bluehost. Why? I absolutely love their dashboard and it’s super easy to navigate.

Paint.net I use this every day and it’s super easy to use for your graphic editing
Optimise Press is simply a godsend. Yep, it’s an expensive theme, but boy is it powerful and versatile.
